  • 3 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute (or less if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • Salt/Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni or ditalini pasta (use less for a heavier dressing to pasta ratio)
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and chopped)
  • 3/4 cup diced red onion
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip, sugar, celery seed, garlic salt, apple cider vinegar, dill pickle relish, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled pasta, chopped eggs, and diced vegetables to the dressing. Mix well.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
