  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in grated zucchini and chopped walnuts.
  5. Spoon batter into prepared pan(s) and bake for 50–60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
