  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 6 tablespoons softened butter
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves

  1. Allow the beef tenderloin to reach room temperature (1-2 hours). Mix softened butter with minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme; set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Season the beef with salt and pepper.
