  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 8 large Prawns (prepared with shells still on but vein removed)
  • 12 chillies
  • 1 Tbsp / 2g fresh parsley
  • 1 lemon – juice and zest
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh crusty bread of your choice for dipping in the sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the BBQ by arranging firelighters and charcoal.
  2. In a pan, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and finely sliced chillies. Heat over medium until fragrant.
  3. Pour half the marinade over cleaned prawns, ensuring they're well coated.
  4. Once coals are white hot, grill prawns for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
  5. Serve immediately drizzled with remaining marinade and garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
