  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease it thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, granulated sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Fold the nut mixture into the muffin batter carefully.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin about two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow cooling for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack; drizzle with honey while warm.
