  • 2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 2/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, sesame oil, bread crumbs, ground ginger, beaten eggs, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls about 1½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a skillet, combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, and sriracha; bring to a boil for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  6. Toss the baked meatballs in the glaze before serving over rice or noodles.
