Instructions

  1. Prepare chilled mashed potatoes if you don’t have them ready.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball; repeat until all mixture is shaped into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray potato balls with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
