  • 1 pound skirt steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice apple vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes and spray the basket with non-aerosol cooking spray.
  2. Air fry the sliced skirt steak for 8-10 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Toss broccoli florets with canola oil in a bowl, then air fry for 6-8 minutes until bright green and tender.
  4. Combine water, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice apple vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch in a bowl; whisk until smooth.
  5. Heat the sauce in the microwave until thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
  6. Pour the sauce over beef and broccoli; toss gently to combine.
